What to Expect From Your 1-Hour Intensive Coaching Consult
Not therapy. Not counseling. Our consults are more of the “brainstorming practical solutions” variety.
Your consult will begin with a few standard questions and you providing some background. As soon as reasonably possible, we’ll turn to the specific behaviors and challenges you’re facing. Whichever one of us you are speaking with will share various insights and strategies, including what has (and has not) worked for other people in your circumstances. Throughout the consult, we will do our best to answer your questions as directly as possible.
You can therefore expect our time together to be solution-focused, flexible and collaborative. And despite the fast-paced nature, you can also expect it to be relaxed and friendly.
Because our focus is always on resolving, not rebooking, we will do our best to leave you with a fresh perspective of your problem(s) plus at least one (hopefully more!) “pivot point” strategy. This is a practical strategy you can try, something unique and significant enough to prompt a positive change in your situation.
Which One of Us Should You Choose to Speak With?
That is up to you (although we cannot guarantee we will both have availability). Some women prefer to speak with another woman, while some prefer a man’s perspective. Some men prefer to speak with another man, while others prefer a woman’s perspective. We are just happy that we can offer you this choice (again, availability permitting).
Payment is required at the time of booking (unpaid bookings are discarded). Note that 24 hours cancellation notice is required for a refund.
